Common classification of hydraulic pumps

Author:

The type of commonly used hydraulic pump:

1. Whether the flow can be adjusted can be divided into: variable pump and quantitative pump. The output flow can be adjusted as a variable pump as needed. The flow cannot be adjusted as the quantitative pump.

2. The pump structure commonly used in the hydraulic system is divided into: three types: gear pump, leaf pump and plunger pump.

Gear pump: smaller volume, simple structure, strict requirements on oil cleanliness, and cheaper prices; however, the pump shaft is unbalanced, severe wear, and large leaks.

Leaf pump: Divided into dual -acting blades and single -acting blade pumps. This kind of pump flow is uniform, stable in operation, small noise, pressure and volume efficiency than the gear pump, and the structure is more complicated than the gear pump.

Insidant pumps: high volume efficiency, small leakage, can work under high pressure, mostly used for high -power hydraulic pressure systems; but the structure is complex, the material and processing accuracy requirements are high, the price is expensive, and the cleanliness of oil is high.

Generally, the plunger pump is used when the gear pump and blade pump cannot meet the requirements. There are some other forms of hydraulic pumps, such as screw pumps, but applications are not as common as the above.
